​By accessing or acquiring pieces from Hey Realgirl — The House of Fragrance, you agree to be bound by these terms. We design our digital and physical spaces to be tranquil and reliable; we ask that you engage with them in the spirit in which they were created.

​2. Curation & Availability

​Each element within our library—from our signature vessels to our room sprays and body fragrances—is crafted with meticulous care. Because we prioritize non-toxic, clean luxury and small-batch production, availability of specific olfactive chapters may vary seasonally. We reserve the right to adjust our collections or retire formulations to preserve the integrity of the House.

​3. Intellectual Property

​Every visual asset, piece of copy, architectural concept, and product design (including our Nude, Clay, and Slate collections and The Ancestral Still Life) is the exclusive property of Hey Realgirl — The House of Fragrance. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

​4. Orders & White-Glove Fulfillment

​Acceptance: Submission of an order constitutes an offer to acquire. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (such as in cases of suspected fraud or inventory discrepancies).

​Pricing: All pricing is reflected in USD and is subject to change without notice.

​Fulfillment: We handle each order with white-glove precision. Shipping timelines are estimates, and our team works diligently to ensure your sanctuary pieces arrive safely and in pristine condition.

​5. Limitation of Liability

The House of Fragrance shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the improper use of our products (such as failing to follow standard candle-burning guidelines and safety instructions).
